during a walk outdoors
I benefit from and value the positive impact of nature and outdoor green space on mental health. With appropriate discussion and agreements in place, I am also able to offer one-to-one walking appointments with clients who wish to appreciate the therapeutic benefit of being outdoors during their counselling sessions.
I offer an inclusive practice and welcome clients of all identities, orientations and abilities.
Next steps
I will usually offer you a free initial 30-minute consultation either online or on the telephone to enable us to get to know one another. This provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about me and how I work and to decide whether you would like to work with me. I will also learn about you and what you are looking for.
If you choose to work with me, I will usually offer an initial set of sessions on a weekly basis which are charged at £70 per 50-minute session. As our work progresses, we will review the number and frequency of sessions together to ensure that they are best enabling you to achieve your needs and goals.
I ask that you provide me with a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation of an appointment to avoid a late-notice cancellation charge of the full session fee.
